About Us
All Access Solutions has been delivering safe access through innovation to various construction sectors since 2012. We specialise in a wide range of scaffolds and pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to design, engineer and build access systems that suit their needs.
Our Team
Victor Randalls
Director
Victor is a qualified scaffolder with over 25 years scaffolding experience in the commercial, industrial, marine, ports, rail, offshore oil and gas sectors. Victor is Managing Director for All Access Solutions and has previously held Senior Management roles with DMS and Mastertec.
Victor has extensive experience in technical design and installation of the Layher scaffolding system. Victor has qualifications in Management, Risk Identification and Temporary works.
Victor has demonstrated history of delivering a high level of value to a wide range of client. Victor has exceptional product knowledge and skills, and has been instramental in the design and construction of many of the more innovative builds completed to date.
Using Layher scaffold coupled with All Access Solution’s experienced personnel and expertise, we have and will continue to deliver significant savings to all our clients.
These savings will be generated as a result of time savings brought about by an ‘outside the box’ approach to design and engineering by All Access Solutions to deliver innovative, cost effective solutions.
Richard Mackay
Operations Manager
Richard is a qualified Rigger and Scaffolder with 35 years’ experience. He is currently the Operations Manager for All Access Solutions and previously spent the past 12 years as an Operations Manager for MI Scaffold and Diversified Mining Services in Central Queensland. Richard has extensive experience in rigging and scaffolding in power stations, open cut mines, oil and gas, underground mines, ports, rail, and road, which has complimented his strong leadership qualities. Richard has qualifications in Project Management, Work Health and Safety and design works and access installations.
Richard thrives on highly challenging and technically difficult work packages, is highly motivated, manages his time effectively, and works well autonomously and in team environments to ensure measures are implemented to achieve a safe project outcome on time and under budget.
